Sonia is a self-proclaimed human & animal rights activist living in sunny Singapore.

As a writer, she has a keen eye for detail. She has dipped her fingers into the topics of food, travel, art, self-help, lifestyle, poetry, corporate communications, finance, parenthood, pregnancy, medicine, and beauty.

She has been featured in online publications such as Sethlui.com, Marie France Asia, Parents World, The Food Journal, Home Plus Living, Twinkle Baby, and Cryoviva. She has also dabbled in Digital Content Management for The Straits Times and The Business Times during her stint with Singapore Press Holdings (SPH), Résumé Writing, Social Media Marketing & Brand Development for several F&B companies. Finally, she has bid adieu to the Corporate world, where she was a Senior Marketing & Communications Writer for Singapore Island Country Club.

She is also a certified Content Marketing Strategist and Certified Social Media Marketer and Strategist with multiple projects under her belt.

In her free time, Sonia speculates on the beauty of nature with her keen eye for photography. But, whilst basking in the Singapore heat, she often thinks of new ways to shine the light of hope into the darkest alleyways of animal and child abuse.

She lives her life following the teachings of Socrates, occasionally finding herself transported to the world of Lewis Carroll, Dr Seuss and J. M. Barrie.
